Managers may ask any person breaching these rules to leave immediately and refunds are at the managers discretion.
Common Areas
- Please leave the BBQ’s, camp kitchen, amenities and other common use facilities clean.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times in the park grounds, amenities, camp kitchen and other common areas.
- Playing, games, bike riding etc, at the park entrance is prohibited.
- Bikes, Scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and other similar devices are not to be used on the roadways in the park.
- No responsibility or liability will be taken by AAOK Riverdale Caravan Park should any injury arise from a person operating any personal recreational or mobility devices within the park.
- Excessive consumption of alcohol and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Fires are only permitted in the park if contained in an appropriate fire drum or pit. No large fires allowed.
- Common areas, pathways and roadways are to remain clear of any personal belongings.
- No personal items are to be plugged into powerpoints in camp kitchen or bathroom - hair dryers/straightening irons/electric razors are able to be used in bathrooms. Staff reserve the right to remove any items left unattended or charging. These can be collected from the office.
Noise
- No unreasonable, amplified sound or excessive noise/conversation is allowed after 9pm.
- At other times, tenants, children or pets must not make noise that interferes with the comfort and privacy of other persons living in the park.
- Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors, including any noise the guest may make.
Rubbish
- Guests must keep their site clean and tidy, free from rubbish at all times.
- Wrap rubbish securely and place it in bins provided.
- No large/surplus rubbish items are to be dumped at the skip bin area.
- No surplus equipment/belongings are to be left outside or stored under caravans, cabins etc.
Pets
- Pets are allowed in the park, with prior approval of management but NOT in our rooms.
- Cats must remain contained within your caravan, it is not recommended to have them on a lead at any time due to close proximity to dogs and stray cats.
- Cats MUST NOT free roam due to close proximity to nature and other pets.
- Kitty litter is to be bagged and disposed of in the big skip bin located in the back left corner of the park.
- No visitors’ pets are allowed in the park.
- Pets must be always under the control of the handler and on a lead.
- Children under the age of 12 walking pets must be supervised by an adult.
- The handler must clean up after the pet and place droppings in the bin at their own residence. Dog droppings must not be placed in the general park rubbish bins.
- For health reasons, the washing and drying of pet towels, blankets, bedding etc. in the park washing machines and dryers is not permitted.
- Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended
- The pet owner/handler takes full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pet and is solely liable to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to their pets actions.
- Pets must be contained within your site boundary
Parking
- One vehicle per site only.
- Cars must be parked in your nominated parking space.
- Parking on any other site is not permitted.
- Larger vehicles such as trucks, must be parked outside the park.
- No parking is allowed on the roadways in the park.
- All cars and caravans in the park are to be registered.
- No washing vehicles/vans on site
Visitors
- Visitors are welcome in the park between 9am and 9pm.
- Visitors’ cars must be parked in the visitor parking area or outside of the park.
Other Statements
- Grey water from washing machines must not be expelled out onto the site, or areas around the site. Doing so is a breach of environmental protection laws and may result in a fine from the Bundaberg Regional Council.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any accommodation dwelling, park building or park facility. A deep cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will apply if smoking of any substance or vaping in our accommodation rooms. If you are a smoker, there is a designated smoking area in the park for our guests who are staying in our rooms.
- Bundaberg has vertical tv transmission. Some sites have antennas. Cables are available at reception for a $20 cash deposit.
- Swearing, excessive consumption of alcohol, use of illegal substances, theft and disruptive behaviour that interferes with the peace, comfort and privacy of other residents in the park will not be tolerated.
- All persons enter the park at their own risk. The park accepts zero liability for the theft of, or damage to any persons possessions, including vehicles.
