Speed Limit
Our speed limit is strictly no more than 10 kms per hr and if you can not do this then please leave your vehicle outside our premises. Note, this is a caravan park with guests (including children) walking throughout the park to and from their camp sites, so we need to be mindful of this at all times.
Important Notes
Check In and Check Out Times
You are welcome to check in to your room any time after 2 pm and caravan site from 12 pm. Earlier check-ins are to be arranged prior to your check-in date and through the park on site manager. Late check-ins can be arranged prior to your arrival date through our reception. Check-out time for both is strictly 10 am, and if a late check-out is required, it must be arranged prior to departure day through the on-site manager. If you are departing before the reception is open, please ensure your room is locked and leave your room key in the key return box located next to the door at reception.
Payments
All accommodation is to be paid either at the time of booking your room or at the time of checking in. No payment, no entry! If you choose to end your stay early, unfortunately, no refunds will be given. If you are asked to leave the premises due to a breach of our park rules, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Housekeeping
Your room is made up of fresh linen and towels. If you are staying with us for longer than 7 nights, we will service your room and provide you with clean linen and towels. Please contact us at reception if you require any further housekeeping, this can be provided at an additional cost. Please ensure any dirty dishes are washed, dried and put away prior to your departure. There are wheelie bins placed throughout the park for your convenience if you need to empty your room bin. Strictly no smoking or vaping in any of the rooms, amenity blocks or camp kitchen.
Park Facilities
We have a well-equipped laundry facility for our guests' convenience, providing 4 washing machines and dryers. The machines are card-operated, so no need for coins. It’s $6 per wash, $5 for 30 minutes dry, and you just tap your card and select the cycle you want to use. Ask at reception if you need assistance.
Our camp kitchen is located opposite the brick amenities building and is well-equipped with everything you should need. Please ensure you wash and dry all items utilised and wipe down any surfaces that you used keeping the area clean and tidy for everybody in the park. If you need to put any food in the fridge provided, please put your name and the date on it, or it will be thrown away. We have a small shop in the reception area for your convenience, and we also sell bags of ice if required for your coolers.

Lawn Games
A selection of lawn games is available for your enjoyment. Please see Reception during office hours to borrow these.

Important Notes
- All rooms are strictly no smoking of any substance, including vaping and e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area near the communal vegetable garden.
- Strictly no pets inside our rooms unless it is a certified service dog. Please ensure the air-conditioner is turned off prior to your departure. Noise is to be kept to a minimum, and strictly no other overnight guests are allowed unless approved by the on-site manager and in the booking system. One vehicle per room is allowed on site.
- If you have guests visiting you at the park, they must park in the parking area provided at the front of the park (street parking) and report to reception on arrival
